Our property consulting, comparative analysis, site visits, and layout recommendations are provided completely free of charge for property buyers. No consulting fees or brokerage charges will ever be billed by Luxury New Projects. We are compensated directly by developers for marketing and advertising their projects.
The design system, custom templates, layouts, search query algorithms, and compiled property database pages on this portal are the exclusive intellectual property of Luxury New Projects. Scraping, copying, or duplicating our content, articles, or site structure for competing commercial use is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
